以冰糖玛瑙为材，光洁通透。撇口，弧腹，有圈足，两侧有螭龙作耳，整体线条纯朴简洁，刀法流畅，选料上乘。玛瑙地子纯净，白地带黄，细腻柔和，两耳圆雕的螭龙攀于口沿，口衔碗边，鬃毛飘起，两眼前视，曲身成鋬状，尾部贴于器身，此类螭龙纹耳杯在明代定陵墓中既有出土，但多为玉质，玛瑙硬度极高，加工困难，可见其等级、规格之高，当为宫廷观赏之器。此杯杯体制刻匀整，色泽黄润，内色外晕，细腻柔和，双耳螭龙与口沿顺势结合，设计巧妙，工艺精湛。耳杯质地纯净，泽不彰，形小喜人，是为清代玛瑙耳杯之精品，颇具收藏价值。附原配紫檀底座。
