He was a director and art editor of Zhejiang Daily and then became a council member of Hangzhou Yuefei Research Institute after retirement. He was engaged on comic strip creation for more than 50 years and has many masterpieces.来汶阳 1943年生于浙江萧山。1968年毕业于浙江美术学院版画系。历任中国美协会员、浙江省美协理事、浙江省政协委员。1992年获***特殊津贴。其传略收入《当代画家辞典》，出版《来汶阳画集》等。Lai Wenyang was born in Xiaoshan of Zhejiang in 1943 and graduated from Print Department of Zhejiang Academy of Art in 1968.
