印文：范振绪印（白）、禹勤（朱） 款识：廿岁筎辛永矢柏舟苦节，古稀胸旌表洵为巾帼完人。旌表节孝待赠孺人陈母鲜老孺人，懿行。敕授文林郎巩昌府洮州厅教授侍生陈炳新譔书语并拜，禹勤范振绪涂。 作者简介：范振绪，字禹勤，号南皋，晚年号东雪老人、太和山民（因其祖上居住于甘肃省靖远县双龙乡，该乡境内有名山太和山而得名，祖籍甘肃省靖远县。1906年加入中国同盟会，成为甘肃早期参加辛亥革命运动的主要人物之一，是中国著名书画家。
