c. 2000-1000 BC, Amlash culture. Bronze vessel with wide out-turned rim, straight neck, globular body, and L-shaped spout. Numerous applied spheres around the base of the spout create a grape-like effect, perhaps suggesting this vessel was used for pouring wine. The Amlash culture refers to an assortment of historic materials and periods in Northern Iran, enduring for many centuries. Good condition; beautiful patina.Size: L:130mm / W:295mm ; 720g.
