砚屏为文房陈设用品，一般配以木座，似拍品般连座烧制者较为少见。形制小巧隽秀，通体以粉彩为饰，屏框、支座施仿木纹釉，屏面施仿石纹釉，纹路自然，惟妙惟肖。砚屏中央以凸起线条勾勒屏心，一侧绘墨彩山水，另侧绘花蝶洞石。构思巧妙，工艺精湛，各类釉彩结合，纹饰繁简有致，置于案头，可赏可玩。
