此式碗为明代典型御样瓷器，耿宝昌先生在《明清瓷器鉴定》中提到白釉绿彩器创烧于宣德朝，弘治、正德较为成熟。碗敞口，弧壁，圈足，造型规整，线条柔和秀美。通体施釉滋润，釉色微泛青白，碗外壁饰绿彩行游龙纹，间以“壬”字云纹，龙身遒劲。全器纯以绿、白二色为饰，对比突出，纹饰朴着。此碗工艺繁复，白釉地上暗刻海水及两条五爪行龙，龙纹复施绿彩，暗刻处更显对比强烈。刻工精湛，纹饰流畅，为弘治官窑代表器。
