【来源】国有文物商店旧藏。 炉为圆形，深腹，两侧各有一朝天耳，三足，造型仿自商周青铜器中的鼎式。腹部外部纹样运用了商周时期青铜器兽面纹为构图特色，兽首后部对称展开兽身，盘绕于鼎腹部一周。底纹细密雕琢锦地纹。铜炉底部圜底光素，三足作兽形，有力支撑。 此炉是陈设用品，仿古特征明显，其造型仿商代青铜圆鼎，兽形足具有商晚期青铜器足的特点，兽面纹和夔纹也是当时流行的纹饰的变体。此类铜炉在故宫博物院收藏的清宫器物中多见，是仿古彝器的代表作。
