青黄玉质，琢成梯形状玉兽面，兽面呈对称布局，双目凸起，浮雕高鼻，卷角。整器施工精细，局部有灰皮红沁。玉兽面以商代最具典型，兽面威严而又神秘。西周开始，玉兽面开始成为高级贵族的装饰物，出现在项饰和腕饰上。此件玉兽面中心有对穿孔，雕刻线条较圆润，整器形制、雕工具有西周风格。
