莲花手观音为观音菩萨众多化身之一，表现为一头二臂，宽肩细腰，躯体结构匀称，造型端庄大方，以优雅姿态立于台座之上，右手轻捻莲花茎，蜿蜒上升开敷于肩头；左手下探结予愿印，传递出观音以莲花开示和教化众生的深刻用意。观音头戴宝冠，发髻高束，髻顶安摩尼宝珠，面形宽大，眉如弯月，双目低垂，鼻直适中，双唇微启，嘴角略露微笑，形像生动，面容极为清秀俊美，体现出不同凡俗的庄严与寂静。耳珰垂肩，手足饰钏镯，上身袒露，胸前挂项圈，下坠U字形连珠式璎珞，肩披圣带，飘带从两臂自然垂下，向后飘扬，尽显灵动；腰间束有宝带，下身着长裙，修行带跨于腰部。整躯造型秀美，身姿曼妙，刻工细腻，紫檀制成，材质优良，极富韵致。
