题识：一、庾信文章老更成，凌云健笔意纵横。今人嗤点流传赋，不觉前贤畏后生。杜甫戏为六绝句一首，书为彝民老大雅教正，张成之书于上越癸亥访港演出时。钤印：张、成之、我师无法志老学二、美意延年，朱欣，生画于苏州。钤印：朱欣生印、欣生三、彝民法家大教，辛酉新秋，欣生敬题。钤印：朱欣生、无声诗朱欣生，（1929-？）江苏苏州人。自幼酷爱书画，擅写意花鸟。所作章法严谨，笔墨苍浑，讲求意境。生前曾任苏州国画院画师。张成之（1926-1995），别署海上鲁人，山东寿光人。曾任上海越剧院党委书记兼第一副院长，中国书法家协会上海分会第一任秘书长。上海书法家协会常务理事、中国戏剧家协会上海分会常务理事等职。
