The jade deftly carved with various levels of relief resembled group of figures beneath shading trees against hillside outcrop rocks and boulder. Showing boy riding a water buffalo next to elderly sage with his attendants standing beneath a pavilion rested on highland. The trees are impeccable formed out of rock-work and are a part of the mountain landscape scene. Displayed upon a carved hardwood stand. The jade is smooth and expertly polished, with grayish-celadon in color with golden russet inclusions, milky and moist appearance. See More
