Comment: This first generation 16528 reference has several rare features that make it one of the most sought-after models among collectors. Its "porcelain dial" dial with diamond indexes is very uncommon in this first production under the R series, which remains the most sought-after for Daytona models equipped with an automatic caliber. We know today only very few watches identical to this Rolex Daytona with an automatic calibre from the first generation produced from 1988 onwards. A model of the first series unique of its kind...
