A belt composed of nine rectangular panels and two end-plates; each panel with border and low-relief figure of a seated figure holding up a drinking bowl; similar image to the end-plates, one with integral square loop, the other with securing hook with horse-head detailing. 614 grams, 78cm (30 1/2"). From the family collection of a Hampstead gentleman; formerly acquired in the 1980s.
