张逢隆（？－1953年）字石楼，河北滦县人。京东八家之一，恭王府专职画家擅画山水人物。民国后寄居盖州，为金荣桂（奉天省长）门客，专职绘画，客亡于盖州。“滦邑画家，无出其右者”(《滦县志》)。师法“扬州八怪”中的黄慎，突破传统，用笔飘逸，但求神似。多以传统历史故事题材入画，体现出其深厚的文化素养及绘画功力。 对盖州当时的传统绘画影响很大。
