供養菩薩兩兩相對，呈轉輪王坐於蓮台上，頂結高髻，頭飾摩尼寶，面相威嚴，五官及髮絲的刻畫都反映出精湛的工藝。菩薩配飾項鍊、臂釧，著天衣綢裙，豐容靚飾，其中一位菩薩左手上揚，持帶蓋寶瓶，另一位右手同樣姿勢把持拂塵。造像尺寸雖小，鎏金淳厚，傳世逾千年依舊保持其原態神韻，收藏意義斐然。香港佳士得在2019年曾有一對出光美術館舊藏的供養菩薩，可供參考。另在2016年，香港保利曾以519,200港幣拍出一對相同的供養菩薩，說明這類題材雖然罕見，一旦現身市場，即受到藏家的喜愛。
