A set of 2 jadeite (washer & covered box) , jade matchbox holder, crystal buddha, laquer box, and 1 bone carved snuff bottle; -A red, lacquer ware box of square section, modelled with rounded sides resting on a waisted foot, the cover with a square cartouche, decorated with a foliate branch with two large blooms along rockwork, the rim carved with a foliate floral scroll, the interior and base enameled in a royal blue-glaze, with gilt mouth and rim. D: 4 2/16" (10.3cm) -A jade libation cup, carved in the form of a peach, the handle formed from entwined leaves, tendrils and flowering stems, the stone of an even dark green celadon tone. D: 3 5/16" (8.5cm) -A black snuff bottle, the ovoid form carved on low relief, with a tall neck rising to a domed circular cover. H: 2 14/16" (7.5cm) -the small, semi-translucent, figure of Buddha, carved of purple crystal as a seating Laughing Buddha, wearing loose robes draped over his corpulent body, his chest and large stomach bare, his head bald with a round and broad smiling face. D: 2 1/2" (6.4cm) -A small jadeite match box, the face with a medallion at the center enclosing a bird and bloom, the reverse carved as a sliding base opening to a la petite paper match box, miniature matches included inside. D: 1 12/16" (4.4cm) -A circular, Celadon jadeite box with cover, thinly carved and supported on a short conforming foot, the translucency of the stone complemented by the simplicity of the form, the refined effect heightened by the lustrous polish. (with a significant chip at the rim of the cover) D: 2 4/16" (5.8cm) Condition: In excellent condition with no damage or restoration evident.
