杨永家，内蒙古阿拉善额济纳旗人。中国美术家协会会员，先后毕业于内蒙师大美术系，首都师大研究生班。中国文艺家画院副院长，中国民族画院副院长。其作品多次参加全国大展。2002年中央电视台在内蒙古阿拉善为其拍摄了专题片《梦回阿拉善》在央视四套、九套播出。2008年11月中国0001号报《中国新闻》以“中国新闻•新闻人物——共和国艺术家杨永家”为题为其做了专题报道。杨永家以画骆驼著称，其作品有吴作人之风，黄胄之韵，与胡正伟、黄茗芊被画坛誉为大漠三杰。
