A copper-alloy fibula representing a gladiator of the secutor class, armed with a short dagger (sica), protected by a big helmet (galea), and a big curved rectangular shield (scutum), on the leg some stylisation of greaves (ocreae) and a segmented manica protecting the right arm. 16.6 grams, 40mm (1 1/2").
