陆俨少（1909年-1993年），现代画家。又名砥，字宛若，上海嘉定县南翔镇人。1926年考入无锡美术专科学校，1927年考入无锡美专学习，同年从王同愈学习诗文、书法；次年师从冯超然学画，并结识吴湖帆，遍游南北胜地。1956年任上海中国画院画师。1962年起兼课于浙江美术学院 张中立（1868-958.1），幼年家极贫苦，12岁才得入塾读书。两年后因无力交纳束修而退学，16岁得人帮助重新入学。以是，勤奋自勉，倍加刻苦。22岁考中秀才。1903年，35岁时，以第十四名高中清光绪癸卯（二十九年）科举人（清最后一科乡试）。
