金剛手形象威嚇，雙目炯炯有神，眉毛上揚立體，方闊的國字臉，呲牙咧嘴，鬚髮上豎，是藏傳佛中金剛手常見的形象，為忿怒型。佛像上身袒胸露腹，胸前佩飾項圈、瓔珞，披帛自身後繞過兩臂華麗繞圈至雙膝兩側揚起，飄帶流轉。全身孔武有力，軀體壯實，四肢短粗，右手持金剛杵高高舉起，左手置胸前結期克印，展現菩薩殊勝力量。下承仰覆式蓮花座，上緣飾以一圈連珠紋，花瓣寬扁立體，瓣尖微卷，層次分明。整尊造像充滿力度，通體鎏金，金光閃閃，裝飾繁複，工藝一絲不茍，而且品相完整，為難得一見的清代精品小佛。
