谢云， 汉族,1929年10月生，浙江苍南县人。原名谢盛培，号裳翁。毕业于中国人民大学新闻系。编审。中国书法家协会顾问，中国作家协会会员 [1] 。1991年中国书法家协会第三届换届，被选为秘书长，并任中国书法家协会分党组幅书记（主持工作），至2000年卸任。 长期从事出版工作，曾任广西新闻出版局局长，广西出版总社社长、中共广西自治区党委宣传部副部长、广西书画院院长，中国出版工作者协会常务理事。创办线装书局，任首任总经理、总编辑。
