此件白玉料体量大，玉质泛青，立体圆雕，取材自罗汉伏虎的传说。此罗汉沿袭经典造型，容貌奇古，大耳，胸间肋骨清晰可见。其脚盘起踩于虎躯上，身穿长衫，右手托钵，左手拉起虎尾。被伏之虎身型矫健，四肢有力，张嘴作怒吼状，似要吓退一切邪魅，虎身绒毛雕刻精细。伏虎罗汉是十八罗汉中的第十八位，等同弥勒尊者，因其将自己的饭食分予所住寺庙外的猛虎，将其降服而得名。
