A large Japanese woodblock painting by Tadashi Nakayama titled: Kaze Haramu Uma / Wind Swept Horse" This piece numbered 20 of 65, signed and dated 1968 (lower left), showing a horse beginning to rear up, its head pointed left, its mane flowing to the right, executed in swaths of alternating black, yellow, silver, & white tones, under glass in a distressed black & gold frame. D: 22 9/16" x 35 7/16" (58 x 90cm) Condition: In fair condition with rippling in the paper visible outside the area of the print, a small rectangular "price tag" stain on the lower left, the frame with few minor dings. Provenance: Tadashi Nakayama's work is found in the collections of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Fogg Art Museum at Harvard University, and the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C.
