86年设色纸本镜片朱辉（1937-）湖南衡阳人。擅长水彩画、美术教育。1958年入湖南艺术学院美术系学习，尔后在浙江美术学院从潘思同先生研习水彩画。1961年在湖南师范学院艺术系(今湖南师范大学艺术学院)任教，作品曾先后入选中华人民共和国第五、六、七届美展，并为中国美术馆、南京美术馆、深圳美术馆收藏。曾任中国美术家协会会员、湖南师范大学艺术学院院长、教授。
