此尊佛像全跏趺坐于莲花宝座之上。右手放于胸前；左手放于左腿之上。头戴宝冠，束发高髻，宝珠顶严。面相方圆，长眉细目，眉间白毫，鼻梁高挺，表情沉静。耳垂圆珰，束发垂肩，缯带从耳际向上飘起，帔帛搭于双肩弯曲而下，绕过两手腕对称搭于身体两侧。造型姿态优美，躯体比例准确，结构合理。上身袒露，胸前饰有璎珞，臂部、手部、踝部都饰有钏环。两腿间的裙褶呈放射状自然流畅铺于座面之上。束腰仰覆式莲花座，上下缘饰两圈连珠纹，莲瓣宽肥饱满，内缘纹饰尖端上卷呈卷草状，表层主瓣间露出下层莲瓣的尖角，微微上翘。整尊佛像雍容华贵，铸造精细，不可多得。
