张大千1899～1983立轴设色纸本款识：菡萏香连十顷陂，无澜无浪好涟漪。夜来定看鸳鸯宿，分付西风莫漫吹。壬寅七月写于三巴摩诘山园，蜀人张大千爰。
钤印：张爰、大千父
鉴藏印：吴兴徐伯郊审定说明：此幅《粉荷图》是张大千1962年所作。此时正值他画风遂变，减笔大写意己在创作上运用熟练自如，泼墨技术亦逐渐援引入画。荷花己属表现这种画风的最佳载体。右下钤有一枚收藏印：“吴兴徐伯郊审定”徐伯郊（1913-2002），为张大千挚友，是香港著名的鉴藏家之一，也是建国之初我国文化部为抢救流失海外文物而成立的「香港秘密收购小组」的负责人。
