藏书票钤印：中国嘉德二十年庆（楷书朱文）、丽松居（朱文）钤印：叶氏原版校正无讹（楷书朱文印）说明古籍藏书票释文：世襄所藏。第309号。备注：王世襄旧藏。王世襄（1914-2009），字畅安，北京人。1938年燕京大学毕业，1943年写成《中国画研究》1946年任故宫博物院古物錧科长。长期从事文物鉴定及收藏工作至今，舅父金城，母亲金章。提要：《语石》为清季著名版本学家、金石学家叶昌炽所著，是中国第一部通论古代石刻的著作。是书开本宏阔，刷印精良，书内有前人墨笔批注。叶昌炽（1847-1917），字兰裳、又字鞠裳、鞠常，自署歇后翁，号缘督卢主人，室名缘督卢、八百经幢室等。冯桂芬高足。光绪十五年进士。精于金石碑帖、版本目录及校勘之学。并以藏书为事，多有明清文集及宋元佳本。
