作者简介：陈冕（1859～1893），字冠生、灌荪，号梦莱，济南人，寄籍顺天府宛平县（今北京大兴）。光绪九年状元，授修撰。承家训，有善举。光绪十五年任湖南乡试主考。光绪十九年，回原籍查祖茔返京厉卒于寓所。工书法，恪法度而不失姿媚。
