●陈明谋（1920-2010），笔名予人，又名华镜，号七樵，称戴云叟、明翁。福建德化国宝南斗溪口人。当代著名画家，美术教育家，中国美术家协会会员，教授。历任福建省人大常委会书画室副主任，福建省政协书画室画师，福建省老年书画研究会顾问兼艺术指导，中国书画函授大学（福州分校）特邀教授，海峡书画研究院研究员，福建省民盟书画研究会顾问，福州市国画研究会副会长，福州市人大书画室顾问，闽都画院顾问，德化戴云书画会名誉会长，菲律宾中国神墨研究院顾问。解放后，一直在福建师大美术学院（原福建师院艺术系）任教，到1987年退休。2009年，由中国文联颁发建国60周年功勋荣誉奖章和表彰证书。
