来源：谢明山旧藏释文：天远山围，龙蟠淡霭，虎踞斜晖。几度功名，几番成败，浑似鸥飞。楼台一望凄迷。算到底、空争是非。沈曾植（1850～1922），字子培，号巽斋、乙盦，晚号寐叟、东轩老人、睡庵老人，浙江嘉兴人。光绪六年进士，历官总理衙门章京、外务部员外郎、江西南昌知府、安徽布政使，书法融合汉隶、北碑、章草为一炉，自成面目，为一代宗师。谢明山（b.1952），字夐父、兄甫，室名“舟斋”。杭州人。从余任天先生学习书画及书画鉴别。尔后又从谢稚柳、唐云、杨仁恺、钱君匋等学艺。善书，兼四体，尤精草书，间作画。
