玉瓶通体白玉质地，玉质细腻晶莹而晕染烟紫青花。整体多运用浮雕、镂空掏膛等技法，工艺精湛高超，胎体轻薄如纸，带有强烈的痕都斯坦玉器风格。整体呈丰肩敛腹的带盖赏瓶，盖钮与双耳呈莲花枝叶装饰，镂雕带有三组活环。盖身浮雕装饰飞天图案，腹身则装饰莲花生度母纹饰，姿态灵动飘逸、祥和洒脱，十分传神。度母全称圣救度佛母，为观世音菩萨所化现之身，故亦称多罗尊观音、多罗观世音。乃是引度三界众生，及声闻、圆觉之罗汉，得究竟佛陀解脱果位之菩萨果位之菩萨。玉瓶造型精致典雅、工艺高绝难得，器体轻薄而器型硕大，底座为红木质地而镶嵌银丝；堪称收藏陈设之上佳珍品。
