密集金刚，代表“三世诸佛之身语意三密无别或聚集”之意，是无上瑜伽部父续本尊，在雪域高原广受尊崇。此幅唐卡分为坛城和坛城外诸尊两个部分，坛城内方外圆，正中密集金刚主尊为蓝色双身，三面六臂，呈愤怒样貌。其外众多坛城眷属神灵各居一方拱卫主尊，方城之外绘有各种供养珍品，最外为莲花圈、金刚圈、火焰圈。坛城之外，画面上方绘有历代教法传承祖师，下方绘诸多护法。整幅唐卡布局严谨，人物众多，色彩沉稳雅丽，勾勒自然流畅，展现出清代卫藏地区唐卡绘画的艺术风韵。
