题识：见有生灭，即非寂灭。见有寂灭，即非生灭。入流忘所，境智同脱。花落乌啼，恕龟伤鳖。应物现形，无是非月。水中不出，天中不入。我有悲仰，岂殊慈力。稽首白花，如此一室。癸丑冬月，白龙山人王震。
钤印：一亭、王震、佛弟、白龙山人 《王一亭的使用印和书画》第23页，（日本京都）丸孙商店出版部，2016年1月 题识内容出自明末清初释澹归《徧行堂集》第七卷之“观音菩萨赞”，观音菩萨变相有多种说法，画面中的观音菩萨身着红袍，面有须发，当是变相之一。
释澹归（1614-1681），法名性因，号澹归，俗名金堡，浙江杭州人，明崇祯十三年（1640）进士。清军破杭州，他于山中起义兵抗清，并于永历二年（1648）往肇庆投桂王，1650年桂林失陷，削发为僧，创韶州丹霞寺，后移住庐山栖贤寺。释澹归为清初逃禅遗民中佼佼者，擅诗词。
