Description

此香熏取精铜为材，铸作狮形，器形硕大，包浆古朴。狮子呈蹲坐之态，前爪持绣球，双目圆瞪，炯炯有神，口部微张，唇舌上卷，背肌健硕，筋骨毕现，气势威严。尾毛丰密翻卷，形神兼备，栩栩如生。器内中空，背设一镂空盖，以扣相连，燃香时，袅袅青烟，自口部吞烟吐雾，欲让整器平添灵动之美，可见匠师构思之巧妙，将这份狮子戏球情景凝固浓缩在文人案头，实为妙哉。
