海上鼎尚古瓷专辑（1188-1233）瓷器贴花工艺早在六朝时期就已普遍使用，南宋时龙泉青瓷纹饰一改北宋常用的刻、划、印花技法，在器身采用贴花工艺，使纹饰更显玲珑突出。元代龙泉贴花法在炉、瓶中常用，贴于瓶颈和腹部，增加了整体美感。本品造型修长挺拔，通体罩施青釉，颈部上端刻画数道凸弦纹，其下贴塑折枝牡丹纹。腹部浑圆，亦贴饰缠枝牡丹纹，枝叶纤细，环绕花朵蔓卷。近足处以出筋法刻尖头莲瓣纹。口沿有修，胫部有冲。美国大都会艺术博物馆、日本京都国立博物馆各藏有一例，与本品形制相仿，装饰手法、纹样一致，刊载于《中国古陶瓷 龙泉窑》，人民美术出版社，页30，图42；页224，图117。
