圆形，三弦钮，圆钮座。圈带绳纹之间为细密的云雷纹。纹饰由主纹和地纹组成，主纹饰为三条躯体相互缠绕的龙纹。龙首位于内侧近弦纹处，龙角后仰，双眼圆睁，嘴部大张，露出牙齿。三只龙的身躯是交连式的，作浅浮雕，躯体盘旋作蔓枝状，有明显的爪部。三龙之间以蔓枝相连，组成繁密的图案，细点和云雷纹为地。整个构图线条活泼流畅，结构变化得心应手，足见这面铜镜铸造工艺的高超技术。外圈为二十内向连弧纹饰。此镜黑漆古，皮壳莹润，版模规整，纹饰精美，工艺高超，为一件不可多得的龙纹镜精品。
