敞口，斜直壁，小圈足。釉呈橄欖綠色，圈足端無釉。外壁素雅無紋，盞內佈滿紋飾，三隻展翅仙鶴，周圍以層層雲紋加飾，繁複精緻。古人以鶴為仙禽，寓意長壽。裝飾在耀州窯瓷器之上，有吉祥之意。首都博物館所藏的《宋代耀州窯青釉刻雙鶴紋碗》可作參考。［著錄］國立歷史博物館，《玉潤玄光─宋元明窯瓷器展》，中華民國97年3月，頁63。［參閱］1.宋代耀州窯青釉刻雙鶴紋碗，首都博物館藏。2.香港蘇富比，2016/6/2，Lot0612，北宋耀州窯青釉印花雲鶴紋盤，20.9cm，成交價RMB 366,625。
