An early 20th century gold split pearl, peridot and gem-set necklace. The hexagonal-shape peridot and split pearl fringe, suspended from a cultured pearl and red gem cabochon cluster textured scrolling vine panel, with trace-link swag sides and back-chain. Length 37cms. Weight 7.1gms. Clasp AF. With fitted case.. Overall condition fair. Some surface scratches and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.Possible alterations.Clasp tongue is broken and will require attention.Cultured pearl and split pearls well matched with pearly white hue.Spinel are a fairly well matched deep medium red hue.Peridot are a well matched light medium yellowy green hue.
