An early 20th century natural pearl single-strand necklace. Comprising 142 graduated pearls, measuring 5.4 to 2mms, with old-cut diamond line push-piece clasp. With report 16149, dated 24th August 2018, from The Gem & Pearl Lab, stating natural, saltwater. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Length 38.5cms. Overall condition fair to good to fair. Clasp in working order with slight discolouration due to age.Diamonds fairly bright, clean recommended.Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.Pearls unmatched in shape, with typical surface blemishes. Majority with minor nacre damage, few with moderate damage.Largest 5.2-5.4mms, smallest 2.0-2.1mms.
