A Chinese watercolor and ink painting of a flower and bird on paper by Zhao Shaoang with a dedication to General Jiang Guangnai. The painting has 3 seals and is mounted on a silk backing and framed. Dimensions are: 29 inches tall X 15 1/4 inches wide, while the frame measures 39 1/4 inches tall X 20 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: It is in good condition with some puckering to the surface. Provenance: From the estate of General Jiang Guangnai (1888-1967). In 1930, he served as the commander of the 19th Route Army and the commander of Battle of Shanghai.
