|碧玉质，质地莹润，玉色古朴沉着，瓶盖及颈部刻阴线，瓶腹主体以浅浮雕手法琢兽面纹，纹饰对称，兽面威严肃穆，充满狞厉之美。颈侧有兽耳，上透雕圆环，体现了匠人娴熟的玉雕技法。此器为仿青铜器造型之作，工匠将青铜器中的常见纹饰放到玉器当中，不但没有不妥之感，反而别有一番风情，耐人寻味。
