印文：“度支大臣載泽”，边款：“辅之”。爱新觉罗•载泽(1868年3月17日一1929年6月)，初名载蕉，字荫坪。晚清宗室大臣，立宪派的重要人物，满洲正黄旗人。清圣祖爱新觉罗•玄烨六世孙，愉恪郡王爱新觉罗•胤禑五世孙。同治七年(1868年)，载泽出生于北京，其父奕枨过继给嘉庆帝的第五子绵愉做后嗣，光绪三年(1877年)袭封辅国公，光绪二十年(1894年)晋镇国公。光绪三十一年(1905年)七月十六日，清廷特派载泽和其他四位大臣户部侍郎戴鸿慈、兵部侍郎徐世昌、湖南巡抚端方、商部右丞绍英为出国考察政治，是为"五大臣出洋"。丁辅之(1879年8月14日~1949年7月12日)，近代篆刻家、书画家。原名仁友，后改名仁，字辅之，号鹤庐，又号守寒巢主，后以字行。
