|此玉牌取材珍贵，玉如羊脂，细腻滋润，洁白无暇。器形方正、厚实，高额首，阳雕如意云纹。中有孔，便于穿系。牌身主体纹饰以铲地阳刻技法，中间浮雕一枝藤蔓，枝杆粗壮，枝叶茂盛，叶片肥润，枝上结有一对小葫芦，圆拙可爱，顶端藤蔓蜿蜒蜷曲，蕴有无限生机。葫芦谐音“福禄”，寓意福禄万代，子孙昌盛。背面有印章式阳文篆书“福寿”，益添富贵如意之寓意。此种带美好寓意的器物是清代玉牌饰中的精品。
