|此尊黄财神头带五叶宝冠，发髻高耸，顶饰摩尼宝，宝缯于耳后飞扬。面相方阔，眉头微蹙，相容愠怒。袒胸露腹，腰系短裙，臂、手处皆饰钏镯，项及胸前各饰璎珞，璎珞上装饰叶形花坠。右手持布拉噶如意宝，左手捉吐宝鼠，吐宝鼠肥大异常，成为整尊造像中最亮眼的地方，对于收藏者来说，吐宝鼠是财富的象征，吐宝鼠越大，则预示着财富越多。大王游戏坐姿，下为仰俯莲瓣莲座。
