A MOLDED TURQOISE GLAZE BISQUE PORCELAIN VASE, 19th CENTURY Molded bisque porcelain with monochrome glaze China, 19th century This vase shows an archaistic shape and décor. It has four slightly curved walls that end in squares at the lower and upper end. Two figural lion masks as well as dragons in high relief and decorative ruyi and leaf patterns round off the archaic design. The thick layer of turquoise glaze is reaching into the interior, the underside left unglazed and with an apocryphal Qianlong six character reign mark.
