THREE POLYCHROME POTTERY JARS, Thailand, Ban Chang, ca. 1000 BC, the largest jar modelled with a bulbous body surmounted by a wide mouth with everted rim and painted with red spirals and lines against a white slip ground; the smallest jar of globular pressed shape continuing in a wide everted mouth rim, painted reddish leaving a white slip band at its upper register decorated with reddish medallions; and the last on a high everting foot, globular pressed shaped body, wide mouth rim and painted with red spiral musters against a white slip - Property from a German private collection, mostly assembled around 1970 - Partly some wear and rest.
