是书全牛皮精装，版画精美大气，内含整页巨幅雕刻铜版画27幅，在法兰西帝国最为鼎盛时期所御制，展示出拿破仑时代的恢弘气势。保存较好。注：依据近年来国内拍卖市场的相关资料可知，北京保利曾于2016年春季和2016年秋季分别拍卖过该部书籍的25幅图版版本和19幅图版版本，且成交价格不菲。而本次我们所征集到的27幅图版版本极有可能是皇室特别订制版，甚为难得。
