Length: 35 1/4" Width: 4 1/4" 17th/18th Century, Chinese Qing Dynasty carved Jade inlaid Zitan ruyi scepter. The shaft elaborately carved depicted group of boys in pursuits within landscape scene, with dense of trees and out-crop rocks in high relief. The ruyi shaped head carved with overall floral, surrounding the carved jade inlaid plaque, depicting two qilong dragons surrounding the center with stylized clouds. The lower piece with conforming design, all three with centers of inset wood protruding from handle and decorated with Buddhist symbols. Attached silk tassel with two amber coin bi discs and beads.
