|冯大中 号伏虎草堂主人，辽宁盖县人。现为中国美术家协会理事，中国工笔画学会副会长，辽宁省美术家协会副主席、国家一级美术师，曾任十届全国人大代表。幼年随母亲描花绘草画人，15岁时拜辽东名士李笑如为师。其艺术道路主要靠自学成家，专攻画虎，兼研山水及金石、书法，攻读古今画论。他笔下的虎突破了传统的表现形式，被冠上“天下第一虎”的美誉。其山水画境亦雄浑野逸，苍润博大，现自家面目。
