款识：滋三姻兄属书即正，髯陀德渊。||钤印：李德渊印（白文） |李德渊（1898-1959），字德庵，号土楼山樵，晚号髯陀，西宁人。曾任民国参政会参政员，1949年后任西宁市副市长。李德渊是民国时期青海成就最高的书法家之一。书法上承王羲之，又吸取虞世南、欧阳询、颜真卿、柳公权、孙过庭、赵孟俯等诸家精髓，自成一家。用笔方圆互用，变换自然，潇洒俊逸，又富有书卷气，对青海书坛影响深远。
